We are dedicating much of this first newsletter of the year to the results of the 2021 Frome Housing Needs Survey which was organised by our friends at Fair Housing for Frome. FACLT was one of the survey sponsors along with Frome Town Council and Mendip District Council. Hopefully the findings of the survey will be used by those involved in the planning process to ensure we get the kind of properties that people want built here, rather than the usual formulaic three or four bedroom clones that tend to dominate new housing developments.
