Frome Area Community Land Trust is absolutely all about ‘community’. We want to build affordable rental homes for local people in Frome. With a local lettings policy we can absolutely target those on the housing waiting list who are either Frome people or have significant connections to the town such as family ties etc. The ability to prioritise local people first will be key when we acquire land and begin our first project.  If this sounds like something you want to be involved in, something that inspires you because strengthening the community we live in is something that matters to you, then please get in touch. We need a few more board members and more people to help with some of our working groups.
